It depends on your luck. There is no title that can increase such things, like EXP Gain, ED Gain, etc. All you can hope for is buying/having a title that increases your item gain naturally. (Without the hack.)

If you open up your chat and you want to type something, you will see this little thingie. Press on it, paste the URL (MAKE SURE IT'S A .PNG FILE!) into it, and there you have it. For example, you see a cute picture, press "Show Image" , you will see the URL of the picture (Note, this is .jpg, but it also works. / .png & .jpg are the same kind of.) Press the little Icon, paste it in there and press OK. Have fun!

Well, only thing that you can do is that there is a program, which allows you to "Install" another "PC/Laptop" on your current one. A fresh new Windows, Desk with all of its shit that you can select and then install there. Edit : It's called Virtual Machine.
